Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Prize Draw Dates:

1 September 2026 at 00:01 to 30 September 2026 at 23:59.

Prize Detail:

There are 17,850 prizes available to win. Winners will receive Airtime Rewards credit paid directly into their Airtime balance.

Prize breakdown:

• 10 winners will receive £20 Airtime Rewards credit

• 40 winners will receive £5 Airtime Rewards credit

• 200 winners will receive £2 Airtime Rewards credit

• 800 winners will receive £1 Airtime Rewards credit

• 16,800 winners will receive £0.50 Airtime Rewards credit

Members can view Prize Draw results from 13 October 2026 by tapping "Open Prize Draw" within the Airtime app.

Members must claim their prize within 30 days of prize notification by tapping "Open Prize Draw". After this period, unclaimed prizes will expire and no alternative compensation will be offered.

All prizes will be automatically transferred to the Airtime account used to enter the Prize Draw after claiming.

How to Enter:

The Prize Draw is available by invitation only to selected Airtime Rewards members.

To enter the Prize Draw Challenge, members must tap "Join Prize Draw Challenge" within the Airtime app during the Prize Draw period.

Only transactions and mission activity completed after joining the Prize Draw Challenge will qualify for entries. Retrospective transactions or activity completed before joining will not qualify.

Members have 30 days from joining the Prize Draw Challenge to complete missions and earn entries.

Missions:

Members can earn Prize Draw entries by completing missions and qualifying transactions. Missions require no purchase: members only need to visit the applicable retailer's website from the retailer detail page.

The missions are:

• Week 1: Tap Website from one (1) Home retailer

• Week 2: Tap Website from one (1) Earn with Link retailer

• Week 3: Tap Website from one (1) Womenswear retailer

• Week 4: Tap Website from one (1) Travel retailer

Week 2 missions unlock on Day 7 of the challenge period.

Week 3 missions unlock on Day 14 of the challenge period.

Week 4 missions unlock on Day 21 of the challenge period.

A mission is considered complete once a successful tracked website visit from the applicable retailer detail page has been recorded. Visits to retailer websites without going through the retailer detail page will not be recorded and will not qualify for entries.

Each completed mission awards one (1) Prize Draw entry.

Transaction Entries:

Members may also receive additional Prize Draw entries through qualifying transactions completed after joining the Prize Draw Challenge.

Qualifying transactions:

• must successfully track within the member's Airtime Rewards screen;

• may be in a pending state at the time of the draw; and

• must not later be cancelled, reversed or declined.

For Card Linked Offer, Affiliate and Open Banking transactions, only transactions of £5 or more will qualify for an entry.

For Deal retailer transactions, any successfully tracked transaction value will qualify for an entry.

The following transaction types do not qualify:

• Gift card transactions; and

• Missing or manually claimed transactions.

If a qualifying transaction is subsequently cancelled, reversed or invalidated for any reason, Airtime reserves the right to remove the associated Prize Draw entry or entries.

There is no limit to the number of entries a member may receive through missions and qualifying transactions.

Missing Transaction Processing:

If a qualifying September transaction is processed before 14 October 2026, it may still be included within the September Prize Draw.

If a qualifying September or October transaction is processed between 15 October 2026 and 14 November 2026, it may instead be included within the October Prize Draw.

Eligibility:

The Prize Draw:

• is available by invitation only;

• is open to selected Airtime members residing in the United Kingdom; and

• requires members to use an eligible version of the Airtime app with an active Airtime Rewards account.

Employees, contractors or agencies directly connected with the administration of this Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.

You may not enter using multiple accounts, identities or devices. Airtime reserves the right to remove fraudulent, duplicated or manipulated entries.

Data Protection:

We'll use your information to administer the Prize Draw and contact winners where required. For more information on how Airtime processes personal data, please refer to the Airtime Privacy Policy.

If you win, Airtime may publish your first name and city/town to verify the Prize Draw and its winners are genuine. If you'd rather we didn't, contact Airtime MX through the app (More > Help > Get in Touch).

While we'll try to fulfil our obligations to run the promotion smoothly, we won't be responsible if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control. By participating in the Prize Draw, you accept these terms. Airtime's decisions relating to the Prize Draw are final.

No Cash Alternative:

Subject to availability. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available except where explicitly stated within these terms.
